# Adding Installation Notes

## Find out how to add installation notes to individual items or the whole order, view and generate installation information sheets.

### **Key Points: Adding Installation Notes**

**1. Locate the order**  
Locate the order, navigate to the **tracking** tab.

**2. Add notes**  
Under **installation**, bottom left, type in required **notes**, click **save**.

**3. View notes via the installation calendar**  
From the **installation calendar**, access the **installation interface**, click the **item** tab to view notes.

**4. View notes via the installation board**  
From the installation board, click the installation information sheet, **IIS.**

**5\. Generate an installation information sheet**  
Generate a **PDF** of the **installation information sheet** from the **output** tab of the order.
