Creating Survey Drawings and Production Outputs

Learn how to create survey drawings and production outputs from sales drawings.

1. Locate the order
Use the main search in the top right, or search in the order list.

2. Access sales drawings
Locate the item tab, click to view a list of sales drawings copied from the quote.


3. Create survey drawing(s)
Click create survey drawing next to any item. To generate production output sheets for all items, click process all items and see outputs to copy all sales drawings as survey drawings, and mark as processed by survey.


4. Make any adjustments
DrawingBoard will open for the technical surveyor to make any adjustments. Select the item in the explorer menu. When the survey is complete, update drawing status from with surveyor to processed by survey.
 

5.Generate production output sheets
Once a drawing  is marked as processed by survey, navigate to the order's output tab to generate production output sheets.
