Include the client in the config file** In the HubSpot Connector repository, ensure the client is included in the services.yaml config file. ***Note:** For further information [**SEE HERE**](https://knowledgehub.endtoendit.com/knowledgebase/checking-if-client-is?hsLang=en).*   **2. Access the client's HubSpot page** As an external support user, log in to the client's integrate system. Navigate to **Settings \> System Management \> HubSpot**.  ***Note:** If not logged in as an external support user, access to the next page will not be possible.*   **3. Log in to HubSpot** If a **first-time user**, log in to add a HubSpot account. Connect to integrate** Once logged in and desired HubSpot account selected, click the **connect app** button.
