# Importing an Order and Updating Progress

## Learn how to efficiently manage production schedules with integratePRO, the production scheduling and tracking module.

### **Key Points: Importing an Order and Updating Progress**

**1. Locate the order**  
Use the **main search function** in the top right, or search via the **order list**.

**2. View order and pricing details**  
Switch to the **tracking** tab.

**3. Import the order**  
Click **import to production schedule**.

**4\. Update progress**  
On the following page, choose which **items** to **include**, **edit** estimated minutes for each process and enter a **target ready by date**. After making any changes, click **import to schedule**.
