1. The issue
When viewing an inbox or sent items through integrate in order to import emails, some or all of the emails are missing.

Note: Password manager browser extensions can sometimes try to autofill text in the search bar, causing this issue.


2. The solution
Click search,  the magnifying glass icon and ensure there is no text in the search field which could be inadvertently filtering the mailbox.
