Troubleshooting Emails

1. Name
Click user's name in the top right of the screen, then my profile.

 

2. Mailbox
Click mailbox tab.


3. Check connection
Click the check connection button.

4. Sign-in screen
If prompted to a sign-in to the email provider, skip to the next step. If a message is seen to confirm the email account is already successfully linked, click the disconnect button to sign out of the email account. Restart the web browser, then navigate to the mailbox page. To redirect to the sign in page, click the check connection button again.

Note: If experiencing problems disconnecting the email account, try going through the above steps in an incognito page. To access incognito mode, click the three dots in the top right of Google Chrome, then new incognito window, or using a keyboard press Ctrl + Shift + N.

 

5.Sync the email account
Select the desired email account, log in using the password for that email account, not the integrate password. Grant any permissions requested. After this, the email account will be synced - to confirm click the email button in the top right, view the email inbox and sent items within integrate.
