1. Difference between net value and final net value

Net value - The value of the order as quoted, including any discounts, but excluding VAT. This does not include post survey adjustments, 

Final net value - The value of the order including any Post Survey Adjustments (PSA).

 

2. Order revision
Revising an order updates the net value of the order to match the new quote. An order is revised via the quote matrix page and is useful for changes prior to installation, especially those made during a manufacturing survey.

 

3. Post survey adjustment
Post Survey Adjustment (PSA) updates the final net value of the order, but the original net value stays the same. PSA are carried out via the generaltab of the order and is useful for last minute changes, where a new quote is not issued.
