This can happen if you have errors in your rules due to missing variables or broken logic.
To resolve, go to another editor, such as the Validation editor or the Estimated Labour Time editor. Delete the test quote from that editor, and click save.
Reload the Price File editor, and the page will load. Fix any rules with errors (highlighted in red), before selecting another test quote.
