1. Setting the ready by date
The ready by date for a job is initially set when a job is imported into the production schedule.
2. How the production schedule is organised
The production schedule is organised according to ready by date. If a job is overdue, the ready by date will be highlighted.
3. Edit the ready by date
Click the pencil icon to open the job in the production schedule.
Click the field at the top to edit the ready by date for the entire job. Click save after making any changes.
4. Split jobs across multiple dates
Individual parts within a job can be given different ready by dates.
This will split the job into multiple entries on the production schedule.
