1. Navigate to the original quote
On the order page, navigate to the general tab, and click quote reference.

2. Go to quote overview


3. Add drawings for each item on the quote
For each item, next to add drawing, click more, then import.
 

4. Search for the order
In the dialog window, select order, then search for the order using the reference number. Choose the relevant item number and drawing number (the number of the survey drawing). Click Create new drawing by copying this.


5. Create a new quote

Once all survey drawings have been imported, click the open quotes window to create a new quote.
Add all the new drawings, click update.


6. Open the new quote

Go to quote matrix, select the newly created open quote.


7. Publish quote

Click update drawings, then publish quote.


8. Revise order
Click revise existing order, select the relevant order, click revise selected order.
