1. Understanding the error
The error can be caused by the Adobe Acrobat PDF extension in Google Chrome. When trying to load the PDF version a production output, most commonly the installation information sheet, the page fails to load properly, and the following message is shown.


2. Manage extensions
The error is usually fixed by disabling the extension. Click the puzzle piece icon in the top right of Chrome, then manage extensions. Alternatively, access the manage extensions page through the main settings page.


3. Disable the extension
Disable the Adobe Acrobat PDF extension by clicking the switch, changing it from blue to grey.

Note: If this process does not work, try disabling any other extensions that can view or edit PDFs.
